During the Olympics, Springs Hotel, have launched a number of Olympic theme dishes, intended to attract more people during the Olympics,  watch the Olympic competition. To reflect the characteristics of Shandong Province, to celebrate Aofan Sai held in Qingdao, there are some restaurants with seaweed powder, sea cucumbers, melon and made "to sail in Qingdao", the Olympic theme of this dish.
