This restaurant shows no shame in reveling in the fame of its owner Jan-Ove Waldner. Outside, a life-size cardboard cut-out of the renowned Swedish table tennis champion welcomes you to the only Swedish bar in Beijing. Inside, the menus are shaped like ping-pong paddles and a giant fish bowl filled with fluorescent orange ping pong balls sits on the bar like an oversized paperweight, while bamboo plants on the perimeter do their best to fit in with the decor.
